Native becomes the first third-party BTR/Multifamily operator to achieve B Corp certification globally, as it expands its living portfolio and bolsters its team with new promotions and appointments.
As a B Corp in the real estate sector, Native is the first third-party BTR/Multifamily operator to be counted among 151 real estate companies worldwide that are currently part of an international movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.
This milestone follows a rigorous two-year process to embed ESG commitments across every part of the business, from governance and supply chains to employee wellbeing and environmental performance. Independent assessment has recognised tangible progress and direct impact across Native’s operations including:
- 100% renewable electricity for landlord areas across all Native-operated sites
- Implementing M&E audits across all sites to optimise performance and environmental efficiencies
- AI-driven consumption monitoring at Alma, cutting carbon output and costs
- 96% of Native’s supply chain now holds an environmental accreditation

In 2025, Native will have successfully launched or onboarded 12 new assets, adding 2,463 residential units and 25,000 sq. ft of commercial space.
